Opening Statement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 399 bed platform and all its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between the user and 399 bed. By starting to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

399 bed operates an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms govern the use of each service, financial transactions, receipt of bonuses, and account management. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Certain words and phrases used in these terms have specific meanings, which are defined below:

What "Platform" Means

"Platform" refers to the 399 bed website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all associated digital services. Through the platform, users can participate in casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities.

"User" and "Account"

"User" refers to any person who has registered on the 399 bed platform or has visited the platform without registering. "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile, through which they can access the full benefits of the platform.

"Services" and "Transactions"

"Services" refers to all online betting, gaming, and related facilities provided by 399 bed. "Transactions" refers to deposits, withdrawals, receipt of bonuses, and any financial activity.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on the 399 bed platform and use any service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. No one below this age limit may open an account or use the services. Providing a false age at registration is a clear breach of these terms and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of any funds held.

One Person, One Account

Each user may open and operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information at Registration

When registering an account, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details accurately. If any of these change, the account information must be updated immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or for security reasons, 399 bed may request a national identity card or other government-approved document for identity verification. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may temporarily delay withdrawals.

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for registration.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• The information provided in your account must match the information on your payment account.
• Accounts cannot be opened in a corporate or institutional name.

Password and Login Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your 399 bed account password completely confidential. Your password must not be shared with any third party. If you forget your password, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number to recover the account. Log out from a secure environment after each login session.

Account Responsibility

You are personally responsible for all transactions and betting activity carried out using your account. If unauthorised access to your account is detected, notify customer support immediately. To prevent suspicious activity, 399 bed reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

399 bed may suspend or close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• A clear breach of the terms and conditions.
• Fraud or an attempt to harm other users.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Use of a false identity or documents.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 399 bed is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This limit is the same across all deposit methods. The following payment methods are available for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

When making a deposit, the name registered on your account must match the name on your payment account. Deposits sent under a different name may be rejected or processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Methods available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used at the time of deposit. Funds received from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Each withdrawal request is reviewed by 399 bed.
• The right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity is reserved.
• Deposited funds must be used in betting at least once.

Welcome Bonus

399 bed offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times — meaning ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

For larger deposits: depositing ৳30,200 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus. Your total balance will be ৳45,200 and the wagering requirement will be ৳15,000 × 25 = ৳3,75,000.

Bonus Eligibility Terms

• The bonus applies only at the time of the first deposit.
• While a bonus is active, both your own funds and bonus funds may be used for wagering.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit; the bonus may be cancelled if the time limit passes.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering, or may contribute only partially.

VIP Cashback

399 bed's VIP programme has five levels. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each level: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5%. For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive up to ৳180 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.9%).

General Betting Rules

Each bet placed at 399 bed is treated as a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed unless a technical error is identified on the platform's side. For live betting, odds may change at any moment; the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are final.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, 399 bed will void the bets on that event and return the stake to the user's account. However, in this case the other selections in a multi-bet remain in place.

Casino Game Rules

Slots, table games, and live casino games are operated according to the rules of the respective game developers. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the game's information section. These figures are theoretical averages; actual results may differ in a single session.

Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device-related problem, 399 bed will determine the result according to the record held on the server. The server record is final and applies in the event of a dispute.

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the 399 bed platform. Involvement in any one of them may result in account closure as well as legal action:

Fraud and Deception

• Creating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Fraud in the payment system or attempting a chargeback.
• Interfering with the platform's software or attempting to hack it.
• Betting using automated bots or software.

Bonus Misuse

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts by the same person.
• Intentionally placing opposing bets to meet bonus wagering requirements (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system in coordination with others.

Other Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Using the platform's brand or logo without permission.
• Helping anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.

Service Guarantee

399 bed endeavours to operate the platform to the highest technical standards. However, 399 bed is not liable if the service is disrupted for any of the following reasons:

• Natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Technical failures by third parties (internet service providers, payment gateways).
• Government directives or legal obligations.
• Scheduled maintenance carried out with prior notice.

Liability for Betting Losses

Financial losses from betting and gaming are a normal part of the outcome. 399 bed is not liable for any financial loss arising from a user's betting decisions. All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion and 399 bed acts only as a platform.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep the odds, statistics, and information displayed on the platform accurate, unintentional errors may occur due to third-party data providers. In such cases, 399 bed reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of clear errors.

399 bed prioritizes the protection of users' personal information. Data collected during registration is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security.

Your name, mobile number, payment details, and betting history are transmitted and stored via secure SSL connections. This information is not shared with third parties except in the limited circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies & Browsing Data

Data Correction & Deletion

Right to Modify Terms

399 bed reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the effective date of the new terms will be communicated. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

Right to Close User Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. After the account is closed, the ability to open a new account under that person's name may be limited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first contact 399 bed's customer support. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Bengali and English. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the decision of 399 bed's authority will be considered final.

Applicable Law

These terms and any disputes related to the 399 bed platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Users are responsible for using the platform in compliance with the laws of their own country.
